Since we formally launched the program in 2020, the Innovation Program continues to grow and our commitment to conitinous improvement helped us navigate the digital world to add value to our clients, members, and communities.

ScavengAR
Hunt!
To inspire you with the possibilities of Augmented reality (AR), we developed an AR-hunt game where you scan images scattered in the office in the hopes of collecting "AR bots." This game is similar to that of "Pokemon Go."
HACKCELERATE
For the second run of our Hackathon in the Philippines, we asked teams to come up with solutions for their clients' challenges using the Microsoft Power Platform. After a long and tedious process, three teams with the most practical, creative, and value adding solutions emerged as winners.

The Future of Work
The digital age brings significant changes to the workplace, particularly through automation and AI. For the future of work, we focused on the impacts of technology, emphasizing the shifting demands in outsourcing and consulting.
The benefits of this technology adoption include increased efficiency, improved decision-making, cost savings, and a competitive advantage for both CGI and its clients.
Part of our innovation culture is to strive to remain at the forefront of industry trends, maximizing AI and automation benefits for all our stakeholders. We aim to balance human skills with automation, ensuring fairness and transparency in AI systems, and equipping members for the changing landscape.
NFTs, Metaverse,
and the world of Web3
The conversations around NFTs and the metaverse opened our eyes to the boundless possibilities. It reminded us of the power of innovation through technology.
David James Gomez guided us through the intriguing universe of web3 and NFTs. He unveiled the groundbreaking concept of Gvillas, marking the birth of the first-ever NFT resort in the Philippines. Jojo Gendrano, Senior VP and Head of Enterprise and International Business Groups at PLDT Enterprise shared the limitless possibilities of the emerging digital universe.
Tech for Good
We innovate to further add value to our clients, members, shareholders, and most especially to our communities where we live and work. This year, we also focused on how technology can play a huge role in contributing to marginalized groups, and other communities by hearing from our very own partner organizations: The Build for Life Foundation, BANTU, Solar Hope, Scholars of Sustenance, and Haribon Foundation.
