The BOOST! innovation program is of great value to CGI's members, clients, and shareholders. The program enables members to experience job fulfillment, role enrichment, and improved productivity, which leads to better member engagement. For clients, the program offers innovative solutions and services that meet their changing needs and enhance their overall experience with CGI. The program also helps CGI shareholders by diversifying offerings, staying ahead of competitors, attracting top talent, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and improving profitability. Overall, BOOST! provides a competitive advantage to CGI, leading to increased revenue streams, a strong company reputation, and better returns for shareholders.
Locally, to cater to the increasing requirements from clients to proactively bring Continual Service Improvement (CSI), we launched our local innovation program. Which engages our consultants in idea generation and value propositions. Specific improvement plans for the following categories are developed and proposed to clients for discussion and agreement.

The BOOST Innovation program
BOOST Innovation Portal
In January 2020, we launched an innovation program and portal aimed at promoting creativity and idea-sharing among members. The portal serves as a platform where members can log their own ideas, view the status of their submissions, and draw inspiration from ideas posted by others. To monitor the success of the portal, we have also implemented an analytics page that tracks key metrics such as the number of active users, idea submissions and implementation rates, and average feedback scores for implemented ideas. Through this portal, we aim to cultivate a culture of innovation within our organization and drive progress through collaboration and creativity.

Our engagements continue to receive an uptrend of innovation scores in their CSAP and OSAP scores since F2019. It’s important to note that the gap between our CSAP and OSAP scores mean that there is an alignment of understanding.

INNOVATION ENABLERS
CGI's innovation program provides our members with numerous opportunities to learn and grow through various enablers we have put in place. These include low-code/no-code innovation for all, a UiPath Citizen developer learning roadmap, and an Innovation Champions program. With low-code/no-code innovation, members can easily create innovative solutions without needing extensive coding knowledge. The UiPath Citizen developer learning roadmap offers a structured approach to learning automation and developing robotic process automation (RPA) skills. Finally, the Innovation Champions program encourages and supports members who have great ideas to lead initiatives that promote innovation within CGI. All of these enablers contribute to the development of our members' skills, which ultimately helps them grow and thrive in their careers at CGI.
The Innovation Hub is powered by a low-code-to-no-code website-building tool.
As part of our efforts to inspire an innovative mindset in CGI, we launched the Innovation Hub with features that allow you to add-to-cart CGI merch and, soon, will allow you other features to enhance your logistics experience at work!

Innovation Events
INNOVATION DAY
Our Innovation Day event, which began in January 2020, is an annual gathering that brings together employees from different departments and levels to promote innovation and collaboration. Through workshops, keynote speakers, and brainstorming sessions, participants are encouraged to think creatively and generate innovative solutions to common challenges. The event has become a cornerstone of our organizational culture and has facilitated new and exciting ways for employees to connect and collaborate. We're excited to continue hosting the event annually and see what innovative ideas and projects emerge from it.
